THE HADI EXPERIENCE: GET REWARDED FOR BUYING

Repeat Buyer Program

The Hadi Experience Repeat Buyer Program recognizes eligible customers who continue purchasing vehicles through Hadi Temraz.

PROGRAM START: APRIL 2025

Only eligible vehicle purchases completed on or after the applicable program qualification/start date count toward the current Repeat Buyer Program unless otherwise expressly confirmed by Hadi Temraz.

Once a customer qualifies under the program, subsequent eligible purchases may progress through the applicable reward levels.

Current rewards may include gas cards, dining rewards, VIP benefits, vehicle wash/detail benefits, vacation opportunities, giveaway entries, gifts, and other customer appreciation rewards.

An eligible vehicle must be purchased and delivered before the corresponding reward is earned.

Rewards are based on the qualifying customer's purchase history under the program and cannot automatically be transferred between customers or households unless specifically approved.

Rewards have no cash value unless expressly identified as a cash reward.

Specific rewards and benefits are subject to availability and the terms displayed for the applicable reward level.

THE HADI EXPERIENCE: GET REWARDED FOR REFERRING

Referral Rewards Program

A qualified referral occurs when an eligible person referred by a participant completes a qualifying vehicle purchase through Hadi Temraz.

Unless otherwise approved, the referral should be identified or submitted to Hadi Temraz before the referred customer completes their vehicle purchase so the referring customer can be properly recorded.

Under the current Referral Rewards Program:

• Referrals 1–4: $500 reward for each qualifying referral.

• Every 5th qualifying referral: $1,500 reward.

• Every completed group of 5 qualifying referrals: $3,500 total rewards.

• Stage 1 — 5 qualifying referrals: $3,500 cumulative.

• Stage 2 — 10 qualifying referrals: $7,000 cumulative.

• Stage 3 — 15 qualifying referrals: $10,500 cumulative.

• Stage 4 — 20 qualifying referrals: $14,000 cumulative, plus the applicable advertised 6-day/5-night Las Vegas vacation reward, subject to the qualification requirements below.

Referral rewards are earned only after the referred customer completes the qualifying vehicle purchase and takes delivery of the vehicle.

Cancelled transactions, reversed transactions, fraudulent referrals, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, or transactions that do not satisfy the applicable program requirements may not qualify.

Referral rewards are not retroactive unless expressly authorized.

Any taxes or reporting obligations associated with a reward are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.

20-Referral / Las Vegas Vacation Qualification

To qualify for the Las Vegas vacation reward at the 20-referral milestone, all 20 qualifying referrals must be completed within one continuous 12-month qualification period.

The 12-month qualification period begins on the date of the participant's first qualifying referral within that referral cycle.

Referrals from separate 12-month qualification periods cannot be combined, carried forward, accumulated, or added together across different yearly qualification periods for the purpose of earning the Las Vegas vacation.

For example, completing 12 qualifying referrals during one 12-month qualification period and another 8 qualifying referrals during a subsequent qualification period does not constitute 20 qualifying referrals for the Las Vegas vacation.

The participant must achieve all 20 qualifying referrals within the same continuous 12-month qualification period to earn the advertised Las Vegas vacation reward.

Individual qualifying referral cash rewards remain subject to the applicable Referral Rewards Program rules.

Social Giveaways & Customer Appreciation Promotions

Eligible social-media and customer appreciation promotions may provide opportunities to win prizes throughout the year.

Depending on the individual promotion, eligible actions may include following Hadi Temraz, liking a promotional post, sharing a post, commenting, tagging friends, submitting an eligible entry, or completing another advertised qualifying action.

Where specifically advertised, tagging Hadi Temraz/The Hadi Experience in a social-media story may provide double entries.

Entry requirements and entry limits may differ from one promotion to another. The promotional material for each giveaway determines the qualifying actions for that particular giveaway.

Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

75" TV • $500 Gas Card • Oilers Tickets • Signed Oilers Jersey • Concert Tickets • Tablet or iPad • AirPods Pro • Pit Boss Smoker • Gift Cards • Vacation-Related Prizes • Surprise Prizes • Other Customer Appreciation Items

Prize selection and availability may change between promotions.

Giveaway Entries

Entries must comply with the requirements of the applicable promotion.

Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, manipulated, incomplete, late, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Hadi Temraz reserves the right to verify entries and participant eligibility before awarding a prize, subject to applicable law.

Draws & Winner Selection

Where a winner is determined by random draw, the winner will be selected from eligible entries received during the applicable promotional period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be contacted by telephone, text message, email, direct message, or another method identified in the promotion.

Where required by Canadian law or the applicable promotion, a potential winner may be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question before being declared a winner.

Social Giveaway — 3-Day Prize Claim Period

A selected social-media giveaway winner must respond and claim the prize within three (3) days of being notified or publicly announced, unless a different claim period is specifically stated for that promotion.

If the selected winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, fails to establish eligibility, or does not claim the prize within the applicable three-day period, the prize may be forfeited.

If a prize is forfeited, another eligible winner may be selected by redraw from the remaining eligible entries.

Once the applicable claim period has expired and a replacement winner has been selected, the original selected winner will have no further claim to that prize, subject to applicable law.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION.

SPIN & WIN

The Hadi Experience Birthday Spin & Win is a customer appreciation promotion available to eligible Hadi Temraz customers during their applicable birthday promotional period.

Unless otherwise stated:

One spin per eligible birthday participant.

Every eligible spin wins one available promotional prize while supplies last.

Limit of one applicable prize per household within 90 days, subject to the rules of the particular promotion.

Participants must generally attend in person to spin the promotional prize wheel unless another arrangement or promotion specifically states otherwise.

Available wheel prizes may include gas cards, automotive accessories, electronics, customer appreciation gifts, promotional items, or other available prizes.

Chance to Win Up to $35,000 or a Brand-New Car — WCLC

Where advertised, eligible Birthday Spin & Win participants may also receive an applicable Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) Scratch & Win lottery ticket providing an opportunity to win prizes, including an advertised opportunity to win up to $35,000 or a brand-new car, depending on the applicable WCLC lottery product.

The $35,000 or brand-new car is not a prize awarded, funded, guaranteed, or administered by Hadi Temraz, The Hadi Experience, or Crosstown Auto Centre.

The applicable Scratch & Win lottery ticket and any potential winnings are administered under the applicable Western Canada Lottery Corporation rules, odds, prize structure, ticket-validation procedures, eligibility requirements, expiry dates, and prize-claim requirements.

Receiving a Scratch & Win ticket does not guarantee that the participant will win $35,000, a vehicle, or any other lottery prize.

Any lottery prize must be validated and claimed according to the applicable WCLC requirements.

Prize Claiming

Unless otherwise stated, physical Hadi Experience prizes may be required to be claimed in person.

Identification and verification of eligibility may be required before a prize is released.

Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and have no cash value unless specifically advertised otherwise.

No cash substitution will be provided unless expressly stated or required by applicable law.

The three-day claim period described above applies to social-media giveaway prizes unless a different period is specifically advertised. Other promotions may have their own stated claim periods.

Unclaimed or forfeited prizes may be redrawn or otherwise dealt with according to the applicable promotion rules and applicable law.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable, an alternative prize of comparable value may be substituted where permitted by law and appropriate for the promotion.

Travel & Vacation Rewards

Travel and vacation rewards are subject to the specific terms of the applicable Hadi Experience program and any applicable third-party travel provider.

Travel may be subject to availability, booking deadlines, blackout periods, departure availability, accommodation availability, age requirements, identification/passport requirements, supplier conditions, and other restrictions.

Unless specifically included in the advertised package, airfare, transportation, baggage charges, meals, insurance, passports, excursions, gratuities, taxes, resort fees, incidental expenses, transportation to and from airports, and other personal expenses may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Travel rewards cannot be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated.

The Las Vegas vacation reward additionally requires 20 qualifying referrals to be completed within the same continuous 12-month qualification period, as described in the Referral Rewards Program.

Publicity, Photos & Winner Announcements

Hadi Temraz may request permission to photograph, record, interview, or identify promotion participants and winners for customer appreciation and promotional purposes.

Where consent is required, appropriate permission will be obtained before a participant's photograph, video, testimonial, likeness, or other personal content is used for promotional purposes.

Participation alone should not be interpreted as providing unlimited permission to use a participant's image, likeness, testimonial, or personal information.

Social Media Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Hadi Experience promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or other social-media platforms on which a promotion may appear.

Participants understand that information relating to a Hadi Experience promotion is being provided to the applicable promotion administrator and not necessarily to the social-media platform.

Program Changes & Promotion-Specific Rules

Promotional dates, rewards, qualification requirements, prize availability, entry methods, and other program details may change.

Hadi Temraz reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, extend, cancel, replace, or discontinue a promotion or rewards program where reasonably necessary.

The promotional material and any additional written rules issued for a specific promotion form part of the rules for that promotion.

Where a specific promotion contains additional eligibility requirements, entry dates, prize conditions, claim deadlines, or other terms, those promotion-specific terms apply to that promotion.

Nothing in these rules is intended to exclude rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Canadian or Alberta law.

AMVIC & Dealership Clarification

Hadi Temraz is an AMVIC-licensed automotive salesperson operating at Crosstown Auto Centre.

The appearance of AMVIC identification or licensing information is for regulatory identification and consumer transparency and does not mean that AMVIC sponsors, endorses, administers, or guarantees The Hadi Experience rewards or promotional programs.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, The Hadi Experience customer appreciation, referral, loyalty, birthday, and promotional programs are offered or promoted by Hadi Temraz and are separate from any dealership, manufacturer, AMVIC, or other third-party program.

The WCLC Scratch & Win opportunity described in the Birthday Celebration section remains subject to the applicable lottery corporation's official rules and is separate from the prizes awarded directly through The Hadi Experience.
