These Rules & Disclaimer apply to promotions, giveaways, referral rewards, loyalty rewards, birthday promotions, and customer appreciation offers promoted by Hadi Temraz — Your Friend in the Car Business, operating at Crosstown Auto Centre in Edmonton, Alberta.

By participating in any Hadi Temraz promotion, giveaway, referral program, loyalty rewards program, or customer appreciation offer, you agree to these rules and conditions.

Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.

Certain promotions may be limited to existing Hadi Temraz customers, repeat customers, VIP members, referral participants, or birthday participants.

Employees, representatives, agents, affiliated companies, advertising partners, prize suppliers, and anyone involved in the administration of a promotion may be excluded from entering or winning.

Void where prohibited by law.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter eligible giveaways or promotional draws unless specifically stated.

Some rewards, including referral rewards, repeat buyer rewards, loyalty rewards, or VIP benefits, may require a completed eligible vehicle purchase, referral, or qualifying action before the reward becomes available.

Giveaway Entries

Entry methods may include, but are not limited to:

Completing an official entry form
Leaving feedback or a review
Following Hadi Temraz on social media
Liking, commenting, tagging, or sharing a promotional post
Submitting a referral
Participating in a customer appreciation promotion
Visiting Hadi Temraz at Crosstown Auto Centre for an eligible promotion

Entry limits may vary by promotion. Duplicate, incomplete, false, automated, late, or misdirected entries may be disqualified.

Prize Draws & Winner Selection

Winners may be selected by random draw from eligible entries received during the applicable promotion period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winners may be contacted by phone, email, text message, direct message, or announced on Hadi Temraz social media channels and/or website.

Winners may be required to confirm eligibility and answer a skill-testing question where required by law.

Prize Claiming

Prizes must be claimed in person at Crosstown Auto Centre unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

No cash alternatives or substitutions are offered.

Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after the stated claim period or within a reasonable time determined by Hadi Temraz.

Prize availability may change without notice. Hadi Temraz reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

Loyalty Rewards Program

The Hadi Loyalty Rewards Program is designed to reward customers for buying, referring, and staying connected.

Repeat buyer rewards may include gas cards, VIP benefits, customer appreciation gifts, detailing or wash benefits, giveaway entries, and vacation draw opportunities.

Repeat buyer rewards begin on eligible repeat purchases and may vary based on purchase history, program availability, and eligibility.

Gas cards, gifts, vacation entries, and loyalty benefits have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

Vehicle purchases must be completed and delivered before loyalty rewards are issued.

Program details may change or be discontinued at any time.

Referral Rewards Program

Referral rewards may be available when a referred customer completes an eligible vehicle purchase through Hadi Temraz.

A qualified referral must generally be submitted before the referred customer completes their purchase.

Referral rewards may include cash rewards, milestone rewards, VIP recognition, travel-related rewards, or other customer appreciation benefits.

Referral payments or rewards are issued only after the referred customer completes the purchase and takes delivery of the vehicle.

Referral rewards are not retroactive and may not apply to previous purchases or referrals.

Taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the reward recipient.

Referral reward amounts, milestone rewards, travel rewards, and eligibility may vary and are subject to change.

Birthday Spin & Win

The Birthday Spin & Win promotion is intended for eligible Hadi Temraz customers during their birthday promotional period.

Limit of one spin per eligible birthday participant unless otherwise stated.

Birthday prizes may include gas cards, small gifts, car accessories, Scratch & Win tickets, customer appreciation items, or other promotional prizes while supplies last.

Everyone wins one available prize while supplies last.

Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Scratch & Win lottery tickets, where offered, are subject to the rules and regulations of the applicable provincial lottery corporation.

Social Giveaways & Customer Appreciation Prizes

Giveaway prizes may include, but are not limited to:

Gas cards
Oilers tickets
Signed jersey
Concert tickets
Tablet or iPad
AirPods Pro
Pit Boss smoker
Gift cards
Travel or vacation-related prizes
Other customer appreciation prizes

Prizes may vary by promotion and are subject to availability.

Travel & Vacation Prizes

Travel or vacation-related prizes are subject to availability, booking restrictions, blackout dates, supplier rules, and program conditions.

Travel prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Travel booking may require advance notice.

Additional costs not specifically included in the prize description may be the responsibility of the winner.

Publicity & Photo Permission

By participating in a promotion, giveaway, referral program, loyalty reward, birthday promotion, or customer appreciation event, participants may agree to allow Hadi Temraz and Crosstown Auto Centre to use their name, photo, video, likeness, city, testimonial, or winner announcement for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and advertising.

Social Media Disclaimer

Hadi Temraz promotions and giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, or any other social media platform.

By entering, participants release those platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.

Program Changes

Hadi Temraz reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or modify any promotion, giveaway, referral program, loyalty program, prize, or reward at any time, subject to applicable laws.

All decisions made by Hadi Temraz regarding eligibility, entries, rewards, prize claims, and program interpretation are final.
