Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern all programs, promotions, and giveaways offered by Hadi Temraz “Your Friend in the Car Business”, operating at Crosstown Auto Centre, Alberta, Canada. By participating in any program listed herein, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, which are governed by the laws of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec).
1. Repeat Buyers Program
Eligibility:
Open to Canadian residents (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory.
Begins upon the purchase of a second vehicle from Hadi Temraz.
VIP Member Benefits:
Upon the purchase of a second vehicle, customers are automatically upgraded to VIP Status, gaining access to the following benefits:
Vacation Draw Entry:
Each vehicle purchase starting from the second vehicle qualifies for automatic entry into an annual draw for a 4-night all-inclusive vacation for two to Mexico.
Eligible purchases must be made on or after January 1, 2025.
Winners are selected randomly from eligible VIP customers and announced annually on October 30, starting in 2025.
Prize must be claimed in person at Crosstown Auto Centre.
Vacation bookings are arranged in November each year and are subject to availability.
No cash substitutes are provided.
Gas Card Rewards (non-cash equivalent):
2nd vehicle: $500 Shell gas card
3rd vehicle: $1,000 Shell gas card
4th vehicle: $1,500 Shell gas card
5th vehicle: $2,000 Shell gas card
Gas cards have no cash value and are issued on a pre-loaded Shell card.
Complimentary Car Wash & Detailing:
3rd vehicle: One (1) exterior/interior wash per year
4th vehicle: Two (2) washes per year
5th vehicle: Three (3) washes per year
Washes must be scheduled in advance and redeemed within one year of the qualifying vehicle purchase.
2. Referral Perks Program
Referral Structure:
Referrers are eligible to receive compensation after the referred individual finalizes a vehicle purchase.
Payments are issued as follows:
Referrals 1–4: $500 each
Every 5th referral: $1,500
Total per group of five referrals: $3,500
Referral Program Terms & Conditions (Canada)
The Referral Program is designed to reward our valued clients for recommending friends, family, or colleagues who purchase a vehicle through Hadi Temraz – Your Friend in the Car Business.
Eligibility & Duration
The referral incentive is valid for 12 months from the date of your vehicle purchase.
To be eligible for the full incentive amount (up to $14,000 on 20 qualified referrals), all 20 referrals must be successfully completed within 12 months from the date the first referral is submitted.
Definition of a Qualified Referral
A qualified referral is defined as a new customer who:Has not previously purchased a vehicle through Hadi Temraz or been referred by another client.
Provides your full name and contact information at the time of their first contact or vehicle inquiry.
Completes a vehicle purchase (lease or finance) through Hadi Temraz during the promotional period.
Referral Rewards Structure
Referral incentives are paid based on a graduated structure and may include bonus milestones (e.g., extra cash bonuses on every 5th referral).
A single referrer may earn up to $14,000 if 20 qualified referrals are completed within the 12-month eligibility period.
General Terms
Referral payments are made via cheque or e-transfer after the referred client has completed their purchase and taken delivery of their vehicle.
The program is not retroactive and does not apply to previous purchases or referrals prior to the program launch date.
The program may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, but existing referrals in progress will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of submission.
Legal Compliance
This program is in accordance with the Competition Act (Canada) and relevant provincial consumer protection laws. All taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the referral recipient.
No purchase is necessary to refer others, but purchase is required to unlock tiered bonuses (e.g., after purchase, referral earnings become active).
Car Wash Reward:
Upon the 5th referral, the referrer is eligible for one (1) free car wash and interior/exterior detailing on their personal vehicle.
Must be used within one year and scheduled in advance.
Referral-Based Vacation Incentives:
10 referrals: 3-night hotel stay at Prince of Wales Hotel, Waterton Park
Hotel stay only; subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.
15 referrals: Trip to Las Vegas, including round-trip flight and 3-night stay at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
20 referrals: All-inclusive trip to Las Vegas, covering 5 nights of accommodation, round-trip airfare, and food (excluding alcohol and tips).
Trip arrangements must be made at least two to three months in advance, depending on the prize tier. No cash alternatives are provided. Availability dependent.
3. Special Giveaways

A new prize is drawn every three months. Prizes may include, but are not limited to:

Prizes are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Winners are selected from participants who follow, like, and share content on Hadi’s official TikTok and Facebook pages.
The more engagement, the higher your number of entries.
No cash substitutes are offered.
4. General Contest Rules (All Promotions)
All contests and programs are exclusively operated by Hadi Temraz “Your Friend in the Car Business” and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
To participate in any draw, the entrant must agree to:
Public disclosure of first name and city (minimum) for promotional purposes.
Authorize the use of photos and videos taken in connection with the promotion for marketing purposes on websites, social media, and press materials.
Notification & Prize Claiming:
Winners will be notified via email or phone, and publicly announced on:

All prizes must be claimed in person at Crosstown Auto Centre, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Legal Disclaimer
Hadi Temraz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any portion of the program at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws.
These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Void where prohibited by law. Quebec residents are excluded from eligibility due to provincial regulations.
