Contest Rules and Regulations

This Contest is sponsored by Hadi Temraz "Your Friend in the Car Business" at Crosstown Auto Centre (the “Sponsor”). By entering this Contest, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).
1. Contest Period
The Contest begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT (the “Contest Period”). Full details and updates are available at www.oneautoagent.com.
2. Eligibility
This Contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, agents, and representatives (and their immediate families and household members) of:
Crosstown Auto Centre (the “Sponsor”)
AutoCanada Inc.
Affiliated companies, dealers, advertising agencies, prize suppliers, and those involved in contest administration
are not eligible to enter or win.
3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
Eligible entrants may earn one (1) entry during the Contest Period by completing one of the following methods:
a) Online Entry:
Visit www.oneautoagent.com/index/feedback, complete the Official Contest Entry Form with all required information, and submit as instructed.
All entries must be received during the Contest Period to be considered valid.
4. Entry Limit
There is a strict limit of one (1) entry per person during the Contest Period.
Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple identities, email addresses, or automated systems will result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or corrupted, all of which are void.
5. Verification
All entries are subject to verification at any time. The Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of identity, eligibility, or compliance with these Rules. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
Only the Sponsor’s internal timekeeping and systems shall be considered valid for entry deadline purposes.
6. Random Prize Draw
On or about July 1, 2026, a random draw will be held in Edmonton, Alberta, to select one (1) eligible entrant from all valid entries received (the “Selected Entrant”).
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. Winner Notification
The Selected Entrant will be contacted by phone or email (using the information provided upon entry) within ten (10) business days of the draw date.
If the Sponsor is unable to contact the Selected Entrant after three (3) attempts, or if the entrant does not respond within the ten (10) business days, they may be disqualified and an alternate entrant selected.
8. Prize Claim Requirements
To be declared a winner, the Selected Entrant must:
Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.
Sign and return the Sponsor’s Declaration and Release Form within one (1) business day of notification. The form confirms eligibility and grants publicity rights as described in Section 11.
Failure to meet these conditions may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant at the Sponsor’s discretion.
9. Prize Description
There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of the winner’s choice of:
$800 Fuel Card
iPad or Tablet
75” Television
(Approximate retail value: up to $1,000 CAD)
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable and not convertible to cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.
10. General Conditions
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.
All decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding.
Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
11. Limitation of Liability and Release
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties (Sponsor, AutoCanada, affiliates, representatives, and prize suppliers) from any liability related to this Contest or the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for:
Technical malfunctions, computer system failures, or unauthorized entry interference.
Printing or production errors.
Late, lost, or misdirected entries.
Any injury or damage to participants' or others' computers or property arising from participation.
12. Right to Cancel, Modify, or Suspend
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time without prior notice, including in cases of:
Fraud
Technical malfunction
Errors or disruption beyond its control
Legal or administrative issues
Attempts to undermine the integrity of the Contest may result in legal action.
13. Privacy
By entering, you consent to the Sponsor collecting, using, and disclosing your personal information solely for Contest administration, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You may also consent to future communications if you opt in at time of entry.
14. Discrepancy and Governing Law
In the event of any conflict between these Rules and any other Contest-related materials, these Rules shall prevail.
This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
