Schedule or book in your service visit by giving Hadi a call or by email at: htemraz@crosstownchrysler.com
Hadi will email you a confirmation and advise you which service advisor to see.
On your day of visit, enter the drive-thru from the south side of the dealership... enter... and drive as far as possible.
Turn off the engine and see your designated service advisor.
Your service advisor will review the service to be performed and will open a repair order.
Please be sure to have a contact number where you can be reached that day.
Your service advisor will be your contact throughout the day and will advise you when your vehicle is ready.
If you require transportation to work or home, One of our friendly Advisors or Concierge members will be happy to help get you a Free Uber while your vehicle is with us! With an Uber Ride you will not have to carpool with others.
When service has been completed on your vehicle, a representative from our service department will call you.
If you are unable to pick up your car by 6:00 PM, please make alternative arrangements through our service advisor / cashier and your bill and keys can be dropped off with our receptionist in the new car show room.
