All-Inclusive Vacation Draw – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility and Participation

  1. The All-Inclusive Vacation Prize Draw is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

  2. Eligibility is limited to repeat customers of Hadi Temraz, “Your Friend in the Car Business,” who have purchased at least two vehicles from Hadi Temraz, with the second or subsequent qualifying vehicle purchased on or after January 1, 2025.

  3. This promotion is exclusive to returning customers of Hadi Temraz and is not transferable or open to the general public.

Prize Details and Selection Process
4. One winner will be randomly selected annually to receive a 3-night all-inclusive vacation for two to Mexico. The prize includes hotel accommodations, return airfare, and all-inclusive amenities as defined by the hotel provider. Travel insurance, incidentals, alcohol, tips, and other personal expenses are not included.

  1. The winner will be selected by random draw on October 30 each year, starting in 2025 and continuing annually until further notice. Draws are subject to change or cancellation at Hadi Temraz’s discretion after the initial trip has been awarded.

  2. Vacation reservations will be arranged during the month of November following each draw, and are subject to availability. Travel must be completed within the timeframe specified by Hadi Temraz.

Notification and Prize Claiming
7. The winner will be publicly announced via:

  • The official Facebook page of Hadi Temraz “Your Friend in the Car Business”

  • The website: www.oneautoagent.com

  1. The winner will also be personally notified via the contact information (email and/or phone) provided at the time of vehicle purchase.

  2. The prize must be claimed in person at the office of Hadi Temraz located at Crosstown Auto Centre. Valid government-issued photo identification is required to claim the prize.

Publicity and Media Consent
10. By participating in the prize draw, entrants agree to allow the use of their first name and city for promotional purposes related to this contest.

  1. Winners consent to the photographing and/or recording of their prize acceptance and grant Hadi Temraz the right to publish these materials on:

  • Social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok)

  • The website www.oneautoagent.com

  • Any other internal or external marketing and publicity materials

12. This prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

  1. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

  2. By entering the draw, participants acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, which shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
