On your day of visit, enter the drive-thru from the south side of the dealership... enter... and drive as far as possible.
Turn off the engine and see your designated service advisor.
Your service advisor will review the service to be performed and will open a repair order.
Please be sure to have a contact number where you can be reached that day.
Your service advisor will be your contact throughout the day and will advise you when your vehicle is ready.

When service has been completed on your vehicle, a representative from our service department will call you.
If you are unable to pick up your car by 6:00 PM, please make alternative arrangements through our service advisor / cashier and your bill and keys can be dropped off with our receptionist in the new car show room.
