HOME LINK “universal garage opener” - 101 WITH HADI.

HOW TO PROGRAM?
The Home Link buttons are located in the overhead console.                                                         

Erase all channels before your begin programming by holding the two outside buttons for up to 20 seconds until the red lightflashes.                                                                                                    

Park your vehicle outside of the garage and turn the ignition switch on on/run position.  Place the hand held transmitter 1 to 3 inches from the Home Link buttons while keeping the indicator light in view.   

Simultaneously, press and hold both the chosen Home Link button and the hand held transmitter button until the Home Link indicator flash rate changes from a slow to a rapidly blinking light, then release both the Home Link and the hand held transmitter buttons. This may take up to 30 seconds or longer in rare cases.                        

Press and hold the just programmed Home Link button, if the indicator light stays on constantly, programming is complete and the garage door should open.

How It Works?

Through radar sensors located in the rear quarter panels, this system monitors the blind spots and notifies the driver of other vehicles within the blind spots. Icons illuminate in the outside rear view mirrors and if selected by the driver, an optional chime sounds.
